Back in October, a few years ago one of my good friends who runs a travel agency in Bali asked me to manage his clients, they were Italian and spoke very little English. Wow, wow, wow, what a terrific day, we fished a lot (only picked fish), one thing surprised me that Bli Monyoh got 4 king lobsters. At 11.00 a.m. we finished our adventure and the local guy was waiting us on the beach prepared with his woods fire, chili, onions, garlic, coconut and salt oil. We grilled our fish in unwind atmosphere on the beach with good breeze of the ocean, than delighted in a tasty gala lunch in cowboy style.
